This hands on, full day course will cover a range of pastry techniques including hot water crust pork pies, the secrets to making our flaky sausage roll pastry and pie cases to suit a range of fillings. Based in our fully kitted out workshops space in Baker’s Yard, 10 minutes from Gosforth High Street, we’ll make a selection of savouries (with a break for lunch ). You’ll learn the techniques, tips and recipes to recreate a range of delicious savoury bakes at home. You’ll be welcomed with tea, coffee and sweet pastries and after a fun, hands-on day you'll leave with your bakes, a goodie bag, recipes and more....
