Bicester Vision's next partnership meeting looks at how employers across Bicester and Oxfordshire are building the workforce they need. The session showcases organisations that are helping young people and existing employees develop skills, access training and build rewarding careers. By putting real examples of workforce development in the room, we want to give other employers a different way of thinking about talent: not just who you can recruit, but what the people already on your payroll could do with the right training behind them. You do not need to be a Bicester Vision partner to attend.
