As one year draws to a close and another begins to take shape, there's something special about finding space in between. A chance to step away from the noise, slow down and turn your attention inwards. Join Solara Flow with Iz for a cosy winter morning of sound, stillness and reflection in Bicester. Before the resolutions, the plans and the possibilities, give yourself permission to simply be. Through grounding meditation, guided journalling and the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls and other instruments, you'll be invited to reflect on the year that's passed, explore your intentions for the months ahead and consider how you'd like to feel as you move into a new chapter. Solara Flow with Iz invites you to experience this reflective winter's morning at Bicester East Community Centre Hall. There'll be dedicated time for personal reflection and journalling, followed by a relaxing sound bath to help you settle into stillness and rest. Whether you're completely new to sound baths or already enjoy sound therapy, this session is open to everyone. There's no experience needed- simply come as you are. What to expect: ❄️ A grounding guided meditation to help you settle into the morning ❄️ Dedicated journalling time to reflect on the year ahead, explore personal intentions and what you'd like to invite more of into your life ❄️ Space to pause, check in with yourself and reconnect with what matters to you ❄️ A relaxing sound bath using crystal singing bowls and other instruments ❄️ Time to rest, breathe and welcome the new year with a little more calm and clarity What to bring: 🕯️ A journal or notebook and a pen for our guided reflection 🕯️ A yoga mat or something comfortable to lie on (chairs can be provided, please contact me beforehand to check) 🕯️ A blanket or extra layers to keep cosy 🕯️ A pillow or bolster 🕯️An eye mask (optional) Good to know: 🌀 Please arrive at 8:20am to give yourself time to settle in and get comfortable. 🌀 No prior sound therapy experience is required – simply come as you are. 🌀 Please bring a journal and pen. Some gentle prompts will be provided, so there's no need to prepare anything beforehand. 🌀 Please let me know in advance if you are pregnant or have any mobility needs, so I can do my best to maximise your comfort during the session. As we move through the quieter days of winter and approach a new year, this is an invitation to embrace the in-between.
