Embark on an immersive tour to explore the meticulous craftsmanship of our spirits and gain insights into our unique distilling process. Your visit will include a welcome cocktail, a Revival Rum branded glass, sampling directly from the barrels and tasting the current range of released rums. Any people booking who are not tasting and/or driving, will receive a set of miniatures worth £25 to take away. Please contact James directly. Our Story Our master distiller, James Singlehurst, has had a keen interest in distilling for over 20 years and a passion for rum. Inspired by the traditional Jamaican rum production methods, James has recreated these in our countryside distillery where we craft our spirits to award winning standards. A little more about us – our brand name ‘Revival’ reflects resilience, renewal and the distillery’s commitment to community, craftsmanship, and quality. Our Craft Aged Rum is resting in an array of distinctive casks such as ex-Bourbon, Pedro Ximenez, Madeira and Maury. Casks rest in our dunnage style warehouse for a minimum of 3 years. What gives our rum its unique flavour is the long, slow fermentations for over 40 days, and extra richness and depth derived from using a traditional copper double retort still. Under the expert guidance of James, every step of this distillation process is carefully monitored. Only the finest quality rum is cut to ensure the most flavourful spirit is selected. Releases to date are our award winning, Revival Rum Pure Cane Spirit (Unaged) that won Double Gold at the 2024 World Spirits Competition and Gold at 2024 The London Spirits Competition, Spiced Rum, award winning Honey & Anise Rum, that won Silver at the 2025 International Wine & Spirits Competition (IWSC), Aged Rum, FB90 Overproof Rum and Flammable ‘151’ Rum.
