Sound Bath with Conscious Dragonfly - Tending the Heart

A warm evening devoted to compassion and care. Through gentle practices, Reiki drum and sound, invite tenderness for yourself and others. Allow yourself to settle into the sounds and vibrations of instruments from the ancient and modern world, as resonant tones, rhythm and silence gently guide you towards deeper rest, meditation and relaxation.There is nothing you need to achieve, work out or be good at. This is an invitation to step away from the noise of everyday life, reconnect with yourself and give your body and mind permission to rest. What you’ll experience : • Time to arrive, settle and gently ground yourself • Immersive sound and vibration with space for deep relaxation • The rhythmic pulse of the Reiki drum, offering an invitation to soften and journey inward • Gentle practices centred on compassion and connection • Space for reflection, honouring whatever feels present for you • A calm, nurturing environment where you can simply lie back and receive No previous experience is needed. You are welcome exactly as you are. What to bring : Yoga mats are provided. Please bring anything that will help you feel warm and comfortable while lying down, such as blankets, a pillow or cushion, warm socks and a bottle of water. You may also like a cushion for beneath your knees, extra padding or a hot water bottle. Sound and Reiki drum healing : Sound meditation and deep relaxation can offer an opportunity to pause and reconnect with yourself. People may experience a sense of calm, reduced everyday tension, grounding, emotional spaciousness or improved rest. Every experience is different, and you are encouraged to listen to your own body throughout. Event details : Doors open at 6:30pm and the sound bath begins promptly at 7:00pm. Guests are welcome to browse the store and make purchases before we begin. Entry is through the back entrance of the store, and parking is available at Newlands Car Park. The event space is upstairs and is not wheelchair accessible. Please get in touch with any access questions before booking. £15 per person. Ages 16 and over.
