Talking Trails - 7 mile Spooky Run

Fancy a little Halloween adventure? We’re heading out for a 7 mile spooky evening run to Hemploe Woods, making our way through the woods and back across the open fields. Costumes encouraged This isn’t about smashing out miles or racing anyone. It’s a gentle, social trail adventure with good people, spooky vibes and hopefully a ridiculous number of pumpkins, ghosts and witches etc. running through the countryside. Bring a headtorch and wear something you can actually run in - although I fully support questionable costume choices. 7 trail miles • Trail shoes recommended for grip • Headtorch essential • Spooky tunes along the way • Trick or treat stop • Tail runner so no one gets left behind Chatty, gentle pace - typically around 11–12 min miles What to Expect: • Not a race, but a guided trail experience with plenty of support along the way! • Try out new products from our sponsors—with exclusive discount codes. • Goodies at the finish with aftercare advice. • A chance to debrief post-run, reflect on what worked (and what didn’t), and share tips for next time—hello, bigger shoes? • Photos from the day will be shared in our private WhatsApp group. • Meet other runners—many are returning regulars who love the vibe and community feel.
