Neurodivergent friendly group exercise sessions to help you to regulate your energy levels! The Regulation Station 1 hour | £10 | 10 spaces Small-group exercise for neurodivergent people who want to move their body without the usual gym intensity. It’s structured circuit training where you'll get shown exactly what to do and weights etc will be adjusted to your level. Breaks are built in, you can stop anytime, and the environment is calmer - softer strip lighting, music adapted to the group (Jennie always requests emo classics!), no ego. Beginner-friendly, mixed, open to the public (not just our clients). Kids welcome to work out with us (with parental responsibility) or play on their iPads - whatever they want to do. This isn’t therapy. Jennie joins in and trains with you 💪🏻 This is an awesome chance to boost your fitness, meet new friends, and have a blast while working out together.
