Supporting families with feeding, introducing solids, and navigating the transition back to work. Whether you're breastfeeding, bottle feeding, thinking about introducing solids, or preparing to return to work, this session offers practical information and support to help you navigate the next stage of your parenting journey. We'll cover: • Breastfeeding support, including starting, restarting, and stopping breastfeeding • Responsive feeding and understanding your baby's feeding cues • Safe bottle preparation • An introduction to starting solids • Returning to work and childcare support • Local feeding and family support services Feeding your baby can bring lots of questions as they grow. This session provides evidence-based information, practical tips, and signposting to local support, helping you feel confident in making decisions that work for you and your family.
