Capturing light at night (outside at 7pm, talk at 8pm)

Join us for an evening event centred around the incredible dark skies of North Norfolk. Paul Haworth, an award-winning landscape astrophotographer and filmmaker based in the Cambridgeshire Fens, has spent years chasing starlit skies across East Anglia and beyond, from long drives to dark corners of the coast to nights alone on the marsh waiting for the sky to do something extraordinary. As his exhibition, The Last Dark Places of the East, comes to a close, join Paul for an evening of the stories behind the images on these walls, alongside practical, beginner-friendly tips to get you started in nightscape photography, and his invitation to go and see the night sky for yourself at Cley. Time outside on the terrace looking at the night sky will be at 7pm, followed by the talk at 8pm Doors open and bar at 6.30pm. As an event attendee, you will be eligible for free parking.
