Without a referral or a long wait? Children change, and new questions come up all the time. Child in Mind is a weekly drop-in for parents and carers to talk things through with specialists, ask what’s on their mind and explore what might help. Bring your parenting questions and explore them in a supportive, reflective space. These sessions focus on understanding, confidence, and connection- not just giving advice.
