Immersive Frequency Journey - Multi-sensory Sound Bath

Sound healing, frequency based scent scape , live vocals and harmonies, colour therapy, blue lotus tea ceremony, different monthly theme When life gets noisy, it can be easy to lose touch with the quiet wisdom within you. Join me this Sunday 11th November for a journey into the crown chakra guided by the energies of the blue lotus and clear quartz. An invitation to slow down, quiet the mind and reconnect with your inner wisdom, intuition and higher self. This month’s Frequency Journey weaves together the resonant tones of crystal singing bowls, harmonic singing with a looping station to layer the live vocals and other instruments. Through sound, scent and guided visualisation, you’ll be invited to soften the noise of everyday life, create space within and explore what it feels like to reconnect with the part of you that already knows. This is more than a sound bath. It’s a multi-sensory, immersive and healing experience, thoughtfully created to help you journey inward and reconnect with yourself.
