Self exploration and connection facilitated through guided journaling, meditation & EFT tapping Reconnect: 'Celebrate' Wellbeing Workshop When: Sunday 22 November 2026, 11:00 AM – 12:30 PM Where: The Yoga Tree, Norwich Join us for our last Reconnect workshop of the year! We'll be taking a little break in December for Christmas and returning in January, so this is an opportunity to come together, reflect and celebrate before the year comes to a close. Too often, we focus on what we lack, what we haven't achieved or what we wish we'd done differently. This session invites you to turn that perspective around and recognise what has gone right. Where have you shown up for yourself? What are you proud of? What small wins, moments of joy or personal growth deserve a little more recognition? Through guided meditation, reflective journaling and EFT tapping, we'll create space to acknowledge how far we've come, give ourselves some much-deserved love and appreciation, and close the year feeling a little lighter, more grounded and empowered. No pressure to have everything figured out or to have had a perfect year. Just a welcoming space to pause, reflect and celebrate yourself, exactly as you are. No experience needed, and all materials are provided. Just bring yourself and, if you'd like, your own journal.
