Each week we will focus on a different element of Children’s Development and Well Women Yoga. Learning to apply different Yoga, Songs and Massage techniques to help both you and little one develop in harmony. 🔥REWILD AFTER SCHOOL FAMILY YOGA Thursdays 4-5pm | A fun exploration into yoga with games and stories. Playing with breathing, body exercises and meditations to strengthen our concentration, self confidence and promote balance. Exploring partner and group work to feel the positive effects of yoga. Using the support of chairs, blocks, straps, blankets and cushions. Exploring Vinyasa flow, gentle hatha restorative yin and relaxing Yoga Nidra Sleep.
