Singing at The Still Room

Join our monthly sessions with our welcoming facilitator in the beautiful setting of The Still Room. All levels welcome. Sunday Afternoon Singing Workshop Whether you sang in a choir years ago, only sing in the car, or have always wanted to try, these relaxed monthly sessions, facilitated by Helen Vine, are a chance to discover what your voice can do. No experience needed. No auditions. No commitment. Just come as you are. Each workshop works with your natural voice through breath, stamina, posture, tone, range and resonance. You’ll strengthen your technique, try new vocal exercises and open up fresh possibilities in sound, all at your own pace. Singing together builds confidence, creates connection and does wonderful things for your wellbeing. In the calm of The Still Room, it’s a chance to step away from the everyday and simply enjoy the sound you make with others in a beautiful, calm space. Each session brings new music and new exercises, so you can come to one, a few or every month and always find something fresh. What to expect • A welcoming facilitator and group • A calm, light-filled studio environment with beautiful sound and light • The flexibility to attend individual sessions rather than a course • Hot drinks available throughout the session Participants must be aged 18 or over. The Still Room is part of Sawtooth Studios Ltd, a Norwich-based creative company developing thoughtful cultural activity and collaborative spaces in the East of England. Ticket prices include VAT.
