Wildlife Watch - Nature journals and raptor roost (Family event)

Start the new year with a new nature challenge! Create your own nature journal to record your wildlife sightings. Join us for a walk to the raptor roost to watch one of winter's great wildlife spectacles and use your journals for the first time! As we look out over the reserve from the raptor roost viewing platform we'll be spotting birds of prey and other animals as they turn in for the night. Please bring an ordinary torch or use the one on your mobile phone, for the walk to and from the car park. Please note that this is a children's event and each family group must have at least one adult attending. Adults do not need to book a ticket - one accompanying adult per paying child is free of charge but any additional adults who are non-members will need to pay the nature reserve entry fee at the visitor centre, on the day (£5 standard entry/£5.50 with Gift Aid). Accessibility We want our events, and nature itself, to be accessible to everyone. If you have specific needs or requirements, please get in touch at [email protected] so we can support you wherever possible. Please be aware that the natural terrain and access conditions may limit what we are able to provide on site.
