William Barr: Norfolk and Good

A three term USA president seeks election in Norfolk. Will he win Swaffham's Novel Peas Prize? Will he sell Norfolk to Denmark? Please join us on Wednesday 18th November when we celebrate the launch of Norfolk and Good by William Barr It serves as a follow-up to Barr's earlier 2016 satirical work, The West Norfolk Question, which humorously explored a West Norfolk independence and devolution movement. This new title carries on the madness, seeing the three term USA president running for Norfolk's premier position... Eagle-eyed William Barr aficionados may notice that the picture above is NOT in fact a photo of the author. It is a horse. This is in tribute to the remarkable fact that William once beat a horse in a timed long distance race, a feat of silliness entirely in keeping with his wonderful literary output. Come along and join us as we toast the launch of this splendid Norfolk man's gloriously irreverent new book!
