Guided Medieval tour around Newark Town and an introduction to medieval medicine and creating herbal remedies & perfume Date: Friday 25th September Time: 10am-3pm Address: National Civil War Centre, Newark NG24 1JY Step back in time into Newark's past with a knowledgeable costumed apothecary guide. Discover the intriguing world of medieval medicine and learn hands-on how herbal remedies and perfumes were created. For deaf, deafblind and hard of hearing women only. FREE buffet lunch and entry to museum included* At the end of the day, you can explore with free entry to National Civil Centre Museum, if you wish. *Your £5 deposit will be refunded on your attendance at the event. If for any reason you cannot attend the £5 will be donated to Deaf-initely Women
