When did you last make time to think about YOU? Join us for an evening of personal development, guided exercises and EFT tapping. Start With You When was the last time you took a couple of hours to really think about yourself? Not your to-do list, what everyone else needs or what you should be doing next. But what actually matters to you, what you want and what's been getting in the way. Maybe there's a change you've been thinking about making, something you'd love to try or a goal you keep putting off. Perhaps you're doing well on paper, but still find yourself overthinking decisions, questioning your abilities or feeling guilty whenever you put yourself first. If any of that sounds familiar, Start With You is an evening designed for you. Join us at Fables Coffee House for a relaxed, interactive two-hour workshop where we'll explore the psychology behind how we think, the expectations we place on ourselves and how to start building greater trust in our own decisions. What could change when you start with YOU? • Have more confidence to go after what you want. Start recognising the strengths and experiences you can draw on, rather than focusing on why you might not be ready. • Make choices that feel right for YOU, without carrying so much guilt. Explore the values and expectations influencing your decisions and whether they still reflect what matters to you. • Stop letting self-doubt make your decisions for you. Understand how overthinking, perfectionism and people pleasing can keep you stuck, and learn how to start challenging those patterns. • Feel more equipped to take your next step, even when you're unsure. Explore practical ways to build self-trust and respond differently when doubt shows up. What's included in your evening? • A two-hour interactive coaching workshop • Your own Start With You workbook to use throughout the evening and take home • Guided exercises exploring your values, identity, self-doubt and self-trust • A guided Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) tapping session to finish the evening • Coffee and cake • Time to connect with other women who are making space for themselves, too You don't need to have it all figured out. You don't need a big life change in mind or even know exactly what you want next. This is simply an opportunity to step away from everyday life, spend some time understanding yourself a little better and explore what might be possible when you start backing yourself. Come on your own or bring a friend. Either way, you'll be welcomed into a relaxed, supportive space where the focus is on personal growth, not having all the answers. Refunds and ticket transfers You may cancel your booking within 14 days, beginning the day after your booking confirmation is sent, for a full refund, subject to our Event Ticket Terms.
