Join us to explore the benefits, challenges, risks and ethical considerations of using AI in recruitment. The recruitment landscape is evolving rapidly, with AI playing an increasingly influential role in how organisations find, engage, and hire talent. AI is helping recruitment teams to work smarter and deliver a more personalised candidate experience. This session will explore the opportunities AI presents across the recruitment lifecycle, highlighting how it can improve efficiency, decision-making, and candidate experience, while also addressing the challenges, risks, and ethical considerations that organisations must navigate. During this time, she has supported clients across a range of sectors and developed deep expertise in talent acquisition and workforce planning. Sarah is particularly interested in how emerging technologies, including AI, are shaping the future of recruitment and enhancing both recruiter effectiveness and candidate experience. Cancellation & No-Show Policy Cancellation with More Than 7 Days' Notice: Customers are entitled to a refund or may opt to transfer their booking to an alternative session. Refunds will be issued minus the non-refundable Eventbrite booking fee. Cancellation with 7 Days' Notice or Less: No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within this timeframe. Failure to Attend Without Prior Notice: Any fees paid will be forfeited in the event of a no-show without prior communication.
