In provisions of this nature, e.g. resource bases and enhanced pathways, teachers are educating children and young people in a space between 'mainstream' and 'specialist'. This course, specifically designed for primary teachers, will support teachers in transition from a mainstream classroom teaching role to a more specialist teaching role in a mainstream school. Please note - attendance at all sessions is encouraged to ensure continuity of learning. An outline table of dates, times and locations can be found below: This programme is designed as a multi-session series, and participants are encouraged to attend all sessions to gain the full benefit of the learning experience. Audience Aimed at primary teachers who have at least two years teaching experience in a mainstream setting. Please note, the programme is not intended for SENCOs. Facilitation This programme will be run by experienced leaders from the River Learning Trust with expertise in this area. *This programme is funded for colleagues working in River Learning Trust schools.
