Build the Team, Scale the Business

A business that runs without you is liberating. This seminar helps you take the next steps to get to this enviable position. Past £1M, growth stops being about what you can do and starts being about who's running each part of the business. Sales, operations, finance, people. Each one needs someone in charge who'll run it better than you could. That's the uncomfortable bit for most owners. Setting a direction that's specific enough for your managers to plan against. • Management plans that deliver the goals. Getting each department head to produce their own plan to hit the business goals, so you're not writing it for them. • Measurable goals and KPIs for every department. Clear numbers, reported as you go, so everyone can see progress (or the lack of it) early. • A rhythm of meetings that works. The cadence for board, senior management and departmental meetings, and what each one is for.
