Morning: Visiting Brimpts Farm, Dartmeet. Introduction to the farm and Farming in Protected Landscapes (FiPL). Showcasing new access for all works carried out by the tenants to improve access at this fascinating central Dartmoor hill farm. Hosted and introduced by Duchy tenants Andy and Gabrielle and talk by Bea Dunscombe DNPA FiPL Officer. Afternoon: A walk up to Wistman’s Wood from Two Bridges to look at access improvements and exciting landscape-scale nature improvement plans (within the Central Dartmoor Landscape Recovery Area).
