Edible & Medicinal Mushroom Foraging

A walk through the woods learning about edible and medicinal mushrooms and how to identify them. Join foragers Daniel and Hannah for a woodland walk where you’ll learn some key concepts in mushroom identification to help you forage safely and responsibly. They will teach you about some of the unique features of both edible and medicinal mushrooms and how to prepare them for food and medicine. Importantly you’ll also learn about some poisonous ones to be avoided! You’ll get to try medicinal wild mushroom chai and hopefully by the end of the walk you’ll be confident enough to know how to forage the correct mushrooms to make this for yourself.
