Please join us for our free pain cafe on the 2nd Friday of every month. In the 2 hour session we provide community support and give you skills to self manage your chronic pain, based on 10 principles of pain management. We will be using the toning tables as part of a circuit, supervised by a qualified PT. Cost will be £2.50, payable on the day.
