Focussing on the themes of Retrofit, Regulations and Real Help, the Expo will bring together in one space all the organisations that can support you and your tenants to thrive - from the local authority, public health, community organisations to industry experts. Delivered by Plymouth Energy Community. 10:30 - 10: 50Talk: Regulations Renters' Rights Act - Phase 2. Delivered by Plymouth City Council. 11:00 - 11:20 Talk: Real Help Advice and support in the city for landlords and tenants. Delivered by Citizens Advice, Improving Lives Plymouth, Plymouth Energy Community & Age UK. 11:30 - 11:45 Expert panel for questions Throughout the day, there will also be stands providing you the opportunity to learn more, ask questions, and speak to local organisations, businesses and charities that can support you as a Plymouth landlord.
