This Sound Bath is a gentle, immersive experience designed to support deep rest and relaxation. The session begins with a short grounding meditation, followed by a sustained journey through live sound. Using crystal singing bowls and other therapeutic sound tools, the vibrations work subtly with the body and nervous system, helping to release tension and quiet the mind.
