Stone Walling Course at An Fos Vineyard (Weekend 2/2) Join us and instructor Justin (from Just in Stone) for the second session of a hands-on traditional stone walling course at our community vineyard in the Tamar Valley. Funded by Farming in Protected Landscapes and organised by Tamar Grow Local CIC, this course is intended to promote traditional rural craft skills within the Tamar Valley. This second weekend is aimed at developing your skills in the restoration of a traditional stone wall; at this point the base of the wall is in place and you will have the opportunity the refine the fundamental skills of walling. You can choose to come along for just Saturday or Sunday, or invest yourself in both sessions to better understand the intricacies associated with each step of the wall restoration process. The course will run from 8:45am - 3pm on both days. No previous experience is needed. Tea, cakes and good chat will be provided for the course, and further details will be sent to you upon confirmation of booking. We look forward to seeing you there!
