Yoga and group Hypnotherapy with Calm Coast Hypnotherapy

An hour of slow flow yoga suitable for all. Then a guided 30 minute group hypnotherapy session aimed at reducing stress, finishing with tea. Carly: [email protected]/ 07769943317 Dates available Friday 13th, 20th and 27th November and Friday December 4th 1830-2030 2 hours focusing on relaxing, stress reduction, learning about the brains response to stress and how we can overcome this. Please bring a yoga mat if you have one, along with a pillow and blanket and anything else you need to feel comfortable and warm. The slow flow yoga will be gentle and adaptive finishing with yin postures before our group hypnotherapy. This is an immersive experience designed to support deep rest and relaxation. You will be guided into a deeper level of relaxation and I will support you with positive suggestion. You remain totally in control. No previous experience with yoga or hypnotherapy is needed. This is an invitation to slow down, stretch, learn about your brain and unwind in a shared, supportive space. We will finish with a cup of herbal tea and a group journaling session.
