Breakfast with Mojo: Discover What Drives You and Your Team

An interactive workshop to discover what motivates you and how understanding motivation can help people and teams perform at their best. What motivates you to do your best work? And, just as importantly, do you know what motivates the people around you? Join us for a complimentary breakfast with Mojo and a fast-paced, interactive workshop exploring the power of intrinsic motivation and how it can help create happier, more productive and higher-performing teams. Led by the creators of the mojo platform, this session will introduce the nine motivators that drive our careers, helping you understand what energises you at work and how those motivations can differ from person to person. For business leaders and managers, understanding these differences can be incredibly valuable. What motivates one member of your team may have little impact on another. Knowing what drives your people can help you communicate more effectively, improve engagement, get the best from individuals and build a stronger workplace culture. What to expect During the session, you'll: • Discover the nine key career motivators and what they mean in practice • Explore your own motivations through the interactive mojo card game • Learn how motivation links to engagement, productivity and high-performance cultures • Consider how understanding individual motivations can help you lead and manage teams more effectively • Complete a complimentary mojo map ahead of the workshop • Receive access to your own personal motivational dashboard following the session Whether you're a business leader, manager, team member or simply curious about what makes you tick, you'll leave with practical insight into your own motivations and a better understanding of how motivation can influence the way people work together.
