The walk includes a tour of the Inshore Lifeboat Centre in East Cowes. Cost of walk: Free of charge Walk Leader: Catherine Keeble Length of walk: 3 miles (Approx. 3 hours) Type of Walk: Circular Walk Start/Finish point: East Cowes Floating Bridge Shelter, East Cowes, PO32 6EZ (SZ 502 958) Pace of Walk: Gentle This walk will follow a gentle pace. Walk Grade: Moderate Mainly flat walking, on paths with good surfaces. This walk includes a tour of the Inshore Lifeboat Centre; which is a working environment with stairs. To take part in both the morning and afternoon walk, on the same day, a participant would need to make their way across the Medina to the second start location.
