Emsworth Writing Meet up Saturday 28th November

Get together with local writers at the Emsworth Writing Meet up and take some time to write in a supportive space Join the Emsworth Writing Meet Up! Looking to connect with fellow writers, or just want a bit of dedicated time to actually get some writing done? Our in-person meet up is a relaxed space to come and write alongside other local writers. All disciplines are welcome, and you can be at absolutely any stage of your writing practice, whether you’re working on a novel, screenplay, poetry, journalling, short stories, or simply want to explore an idea. Bring whatever you like to write with, laptop (make sure it's charged!) notebook, pen and paper...and come spend an evening being creative in good company. The morning will look something like this: 9.45-10:00am — Arrive, grab a drink and settle in 10:00-10:15am — Optional writing prompt + a little freewriting to get us started 10:20-12:00pm — Quiet writing time to work on your own project 12:00-12:15pm — Closing thoughts, check-in and packing up No pressure to share your work, no expectations about how much you get done, just a couple of hours carved out for writing and connecting with other creative people. Come and write with us 💛
