A low tide beach walk from Shanklin Chine to the not so well known Luccombe Chine waterfall. At the end of the walk, we can take refreshments at the Chine Inn and see the smugglers' tunnel. Length of walk: 3 miles (approx 1.5 hours) Walk Cost: Voluntary donation to Friends of Shanklin Theatre Walk Leader: Jacqui Robertson Type of Walk: Circular Start/Finish Location: In front of Shanklin Chine Inn, 1 Chine Ave, Shanklin PO37 6BW Pace of Walk: Moderate - This walk will follow a moderate pace. Walk grade: Fairly Easy - Gentle, rolling landscape, walking on paths with good to average surfaces. Some walking on gentle inclines, some stiles or steps to be expected en route. Distance up to 5 miles. Walk Mobility: Walkers need to be reasonably agile and mobile.
