Magnify Your Radiance Isle of Wight

Meditation, sound, movement, breath work and chant Tap into your innate brilliance and light up your life with glittering effulgence New Year is one of my favourite times to offer a retreat or workshop, to gather with others and celebrate in a wholesome and healthy way. It’s the perfect time for casting out the old and inviting in the new. As we tip from one year into the next, there is an incredible portal through which we can leap. It’s the perfect time for making positive change and setting new intentions.
