The Autumn Reset - Intimate Sound Bath with Voice & Grounding Tea Ritual

Step away from the noise of everyday life and begin your week with a deeply nourishing evening of rest, grounding and sound. The Autumn Reset is an intimate sound healing experience held within the beautiful, peaceful surroundings of The Well House in Beech. With spaces intentionally limited to a small group, this is an opportunity to slow down, settle into stillness and allow yourself to simply receive. We’ll begin with a gentle guided grounding meditation, helping you arrive fully in the space and let go of the day. Essential oils will be incorporated into the experience, alongside my own blend of grounding herbal tea, creating a beautiful sensory ritual to ease you into the evening. You’ll then be invited to lie back, get cosy and journey through an immersive soundscape created with crystal singing bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, shruti box, Koshi chimes, rain tower, ocean drum and other therapeutic instruments, woven together with my live intuitive vocals. The sounds gradually build and soften around you, creating space for deep rest, reflection and reconnection as we move further into the autumn season. Following the sound bath, there will be quiet space for reflection and journaling. Each person will be provided with a small journal and pen to take home, giving you the opportunity to jot down any thoughts, feelings, experiences, intentions or insights that may have arisen during the session. We’ll then gently bring the evening to a close with a grounding herbal tea ritual, allowing time to reconnect, settle and integrate the experience before heading home. As a little gift from the evening, each guest will also receive a small crystal to take away with them — a beautiful reminder of your time, intention and experience together. A nurturing evening of meditation, sound, reflection and grounding, designed to leave you feeling calmer, lighter and more deeply connected to yourself.
