Wildlife Gardening in Changing Times

Join us to find out how you can make your garden more resilient for nature with the changing climate we are now experiencing This summer has proved more than ever that our gardens are already feeling the effects of a changing climate - and so is the wildlife that calls them home. In this practical talk, Helen Hutchings-Cox explores how we can create gardens that are more resilient to hotter summers, heavier and less predictable rainfall and changing seasons, while providing much-needed food, water and shelter for wildlife. From choosing plants and looking after our soil to managing water and creating a variety of habitats, it’s packed with simple, achievable ideas to help our growing spaces work a little harder for nature (whatever the weather throws at us!). There will be time for Q&A at the end to tackle any of your wildlife gardening questions.
