Women's Circle

At CharaBay we gather to slow down, connect and share in a relaxed, unpressured space, building meaningful community. What is a Women’s Circle? It’s exactly that… women, often seated on the floor in a circle. I create comfort with mats, cushions, bolsters, and blankets, and design a centrepiece or altar that reflects the seasons and the nature around us. From there, we begin a gentle journey through a theme I’ve introduced. There’s no right or wrong answer, no pressure to share, just space to explore whatever is coming up for you. We weave in movement, simple rituals, and meditation to help you drop in, connect, and, when it feels right, give voice to what’s there. Each circle is gently guided, with seasonal themes and practices that reflect what’s happening in nature. This may include: • grounding or guided meditation • gentle movement or breathwork • reflective journaling or prompts • seasonal or intention-based rituals • time for sharing (always optional) • quiet moments to rest, sip tea, and just be A final note You don’t need to have anything figured out to come. You don’t need to be “spiritual” or experienced. You just need a willingness to show up exactly as you are. It may feel therapeutic, but it isn’t therapy, there is no advising, fixing, or commenting. Just space to be. Each circle runs for 90 minutes and is held at the most magical venue, The Green Door Centre in Bosham.
