On Wednesday 4 November, Miss Sherina Balaratnam brings them to Cliveden House for a rare public conversation on the science of staying well for longer. Each works on a different half of that question. Dr Charles Alessi, Chief Medical Officer of Nightingale Health UK, covers the first half: knowing where you stand.
