A women's workshop to connect with like-minded women, build confidence, find clarity and feel excited about what's next for you. About Event Are you waking up feeling like you're stuck in Groundhog Day? You're grateful for what you have, but lost yourself along the way, and don't know how to get back on track. This workshop is for the women that are: - Juggling work, family, relationships or business. - Life has changed and you’re wondering what comes next. - Nothing is necessarily wrong, but you don’t quite feel like yourself. - You’re ready to focus on you again. - You’d like to connect with other women through positive, meaningful conversations. After this 90-minute session, you’ll leave: - Feeling more like yourself again - More confident in the decisions you’re makin - Clearer about what you want and where you’re heading - With a healthier approach to the relationships you have with yourself and the people around you If any of the above resonated with you, put on your big girl hat, and book your ticket. Be quick as limited spaces are available Come on your own or bring a friend. Most importantly, just come as you are. What to bring Please bring a notepad and pen so you can work through the exercises and take your notes home with you. Good to know This is a women only space. The Foresters has a small car park directly outside. I would recommend parking in the additional parking available opposite the pub. I will always check with attendees before taking or sharing identifiable photos.
