Hosted by Devour's Executive Head Chef, Carl Frost Rich, slow-cooked ragù and fresh handmade pasta are at the very heart of Italian cooking. In this immersive class you'll learn everything that makes this dish so beloved. You’ll learn how to make beautifully silky pappardelle entirely by hand before pairing it with an indulgent beef shin ragù that's been slowly developed for maximum depth of flavour. Guided by Devour Executive Chef Carl Frost, you'll discover traditional pasta-making techniques alongside the secrets behind building a truly memorable ragù, from balancing acidity to creating rich, velvety sauces worthy of an Italian Sunday table. Everything is provided, including a welcome drink, ingredients, equipment and recipe booklet. Afterwards, sit down with your class mates and enjoy a shared meal with a glass of wine. No experience required. Just curiosity, a healthy appetite, and perhaps an extra container for leftovers. The transfer will be valid for one month. To ensure an enriching experience, we require a minimum of 4 participants per class. We reserve the right to cancel a class due to insufficient enrolment or if the chef needs to postpone unexpectedly. Should this occur, we provide the flexibility to transfer to another course at your convenience. If this option is not suitable, a full refund will be issued, and you will receive notification 24 hours before the scheduled class
