Candlelit Yin: Winter Solstice

Join us on the evening of the Winter Solstice for an evening of deep relaxation. Winter solstice marks the longest night of the year ❄️ a sacred, potent turning point where nature pauses in complete stillness before the light begins its slow return. Energetically, this is the ultimate "Yin" moment of the year. It is a time to sink into hibernation and profound nourishment rather than constant doing. In this extended 90-minute candlelight immersion, you are invited to fully surrender to the medicine of winter’s rest. Bathed in soft, warm light, this session is designed to drop you entirely out of your busy mind and into a state of deep, restorative quiet. With the luxury of time, we will lean heavily into the support of blankets and props, allowing the outside world to fade away as the body unwinds into stillness. There is nowhere you need to be, nothing you need to achieve, and no goals to meet. This is an invitation to simply be, to rest deeply in the dark, and to reset your nervous system from the inside out. No yoga experience is required. Come exactly as you are, wear your coziest clothes, and give yourself the gift of absolute permission to slow down.
