Find Your Light ~ a Monthly Women's Circle Hello and welcome, I'm Holly Dale and I'm a holistic hypnotherapist. When I was facing a very frightening decision a few years ago, I attended a women's retreat that changed my life. The feeling of unwavering non-judgemental support and love was unmatched in my previous experience. The care and encouragement we shared in our circle enabled me to make the very scary choice to leave my long term relationship, having only just moved cities and having just left my career in theatre. This circle of women left a deep etching on my heart. I knew that when the time was right, I wanted to create a special soft and supportive space here in Sheffield, where other women could experience the same connection. To facilitate a space of love, care and understanding. Because, whatever you are going through, I believe that when women come together and truly connect, beautiful and powerful things can happen. With Much Love, Holly x ~Our sessions will include guided meditation (no experience needed), oracle card exploration, journalling and sharing for those who feel comfortable to do so. I’ll always have an idea of what the session will be, but I'll also be guided by the group <3 ~Please come as you are and wear your comfiest clothes. Please bring a notebook and pen and a bottle of water.
