Join us for an evening of soulful connection where we will: meditate, move, journal, connect in Community and share stories and insights in a safe, nurturing circle. Whether you’re seeking clarity, emotional renewal, or simply a night of beauty under the moonlight, this gathering will nourish your spirit and open your heart and mind to the magic of the season. Date :: Sunday 25th October Time: 6-8pm Location: The Nook Retreat S11 8XX Important: the circle is at the Nook Retreat, Not Hair at the Nook! It is up the steps/ramp and stairs at the back right corner of Dyson place. My sincere apologies- the venue is NOT WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE Please arrive 5 minutes early so we can start together on time. latecomers cannot be admitted after 6.10pm This is a space for connection, insight, and restoration, no experience needed, just your open heart and mind. Please bring:– A journal & pen– Water bottle– A cosy blanket or shawl to stay comfy. Spaces are limited to 9 women, to keep the gathering close and personal. Come as you are, and let yourself be held.
