Enjoy drinks and canapés on arrival, before ELLE UK Editor-in-Chief Kenya Hunt and Esquire Editor-in-Chief Teo van den Broeke come together for an intimate conversation exploring the current fashion landscape, the season ahead, the trends and pieces worth knowing about, and their perspectives on style today. Guests will also have the opportunity to put their questions to Kenya and Teo during a live Q&A, followed by an evening of shopping at Bicester Village. The Apartment is Bicester Village’s exclusive guest space, offering VIP visitors a personalised experience with services including personal styling, hands-free shopping and priority boutique access. For this event, it provides an intimate setting for ELLE UK and Esquire to bring together fashion, culture and storytelling. Expert stylists will also be on hand to offer personalised advice, helping guests navigate the new season, discover pieces that work for their individual style and make the most of their shopping experience. Guests will have access to exclusive VIP parking at Bicester Village, located close to The Apartment - only available on a first come first serve basis. MEET OUR SPEAKERS TEO VAN DEN BROEKE Teo van den Broeke joined Esquire UK as Editor-in-Chief in April 2025. Teo is an author and award-winning journalist and podcaster. He began his career in journalism in 2010, serving as Style Director for Esquire UK and British GQ before joining Soho House as Global Editorial Director in 2022, where he helped develop and execute the brand’s worldwide content strategy. His memoir, The Closet, was published by HarperCollins in 2023. KENYA HUNT Kenya Hunt is the Editor-in-Chief of ELLE UK and the first Black woman to hold the role. Her career has spanned some of the world’s most influential women’s media brands on both sides of the Atlantic, from her post-graduate start as an Assistant Editor at the seminal magazine Jane to senior positions including Deputy Editor of Grazia UK and ELLE UK. Her writing has appeared in The Washington Post, The Guardian, Harper’s Bazaar, Vogue, The Evening Standard and more, and she has contributed to broadcast programmes including BBC Woman’s Hour, BBC News, NPR, CBS News and Sky News. Kenya is also the founder of R.O.O.M. Mentoring, an initiative that advocates for greater diversity within the fashion industry by creating a supportive network for Black and brown emerging designers, journalists and image-makers in London. In 2021, she was recognised by the British Fashion Council with a Global Leader of Change Award at The Fashion Awards. She was named to Walpole’s Power List in 2022, included in the Business of Fashion 500 in 2023, and shortlisted for Editor of the Year at the PPA Awards in both 2023 and 2024. In 2024, The Evening Standard named her among London’s 40 best-dressed figures, and in 2025 she was included in the 2026 Powerlist celebrating Britain’s most influential Black leaders. Based in London, she lives south of the river with her husband and two sons. Her critically acclaimed book, Girl: Essays on Black Womanhood (HarperCollins/HQ), is out now.
