I started my career in kitchens around the world, honing my skills and collecting recipes, techniques, and kitchen shortcuts that I love to share. Later, I moved into food innovation, developing creative products and solutions for brands and projects. Curiosity about how food affects our health led me to retrain in nutritional therapy.
