Emilia Fox, star of BBC’s Silent Witness & Professor David Wilson, award winning criminologist, give an insight into the world of true crime Emilia Fox – star of BBC’s Silent Witness and Professor David Wilson – co-host of the award-winning podcast This Much is True Crime and an ITV This Morning regular, join forces on stage to discuss cold cases and how they become hot again. Based on their TV work for BBC1 and especially for Channel 4’s In the Footsteps of Killers Emilia and David invite you to join them for a truly interesting insight into the world of true crime. They will discuss how progress can still be made to get justice for victims and their families many years after a crime was committed. We think that you are going to be surprised at what they reveal ! This will be a fundraising event in support of Friends of Grendon. Grendon Prison is the only prison in the UK that operates as a therapeutic community. Men who come here commit to a number of years in deep therapy which will their criminal behaviour and as a result can demonstrate that change is possible. We are a charity that supports some of the important work there, such as the artist in residence and special events for children and families of the men there.
