Neurodivergent friendly group PT sessions to help you to regulate your energy levels! The Regulation Station 1 hour | £10 | 10 spaces Small-group PT for neurodivergent people who want to move their body without the usual gym intensity. It’s structured circuit training with a supportive PT (Wenham Fitness) who shows you exactly what to do and adjusts everything to your level. Breaks are built in, you can stop anytime, and the environment is calmer - softer strip lighting, music adapted to the group (Jennie always requests emo classics!), no ego. Beginner-friendly, mixed, open to the public (not just our clients). Kids welcome to work out with us (with parental responsibility) or play xbox. This isn’t therapy. Jennie joins in and trains with you 💪🏻 This is an awesome chance to boost your fitness, meet new friends, and have a blast while working out together.
