Restorative yoga, meditation & deep relaxation sound journey ✨️ Do you feel in need of slowing down & recharging? I'd love to welcome you for peaceful space ✨️on Thursday️ 29th October to deeply relax there will be peaceful space essential Oils, balms & aura/meditation space sprays available to use. There will also be herbal tea 🍵 available passionflower, rose & lemonbalm. (Please note this herbal tea is not suitable if taking medication or if pregnant) We'll then release tension from body & mind with restorative & flowing floor asanas (postures) followed by guided & silent meditation to tune deeply into our hearts wisdom & intuition. I'll then guide you into deep relaxation yoga nidra with a crystal bowl sound journey at the end of our session. This session is suitable for complete beginners to yoga & meditation & for those that have practiced for many years. Sorry this session is not suitable during pregnancy. Please bring plenty of blankets, cushions, pillows for comfort & yoga mat if you have one & a bottle of water. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions 07811331658
