On the 21st we have a powerful New Moon Solar Eclipse in Virgo, a time of release, realignment and clarity. Three days before this potent energy peaks, we are gathering. This is a day to clear away what no longer aligns with who you are becoming. A day to get quiet enough to hear yourself again. A day that is entirely, unapologetically yours. We open with a cacao ceremony, a heart opening ritual to help you arrive fully and be open to whatever the day has in store for you. From there we move into the breathwork journey. This is the heart of the day. Using a style of breath that takes you into altered states of consciousness, we create the conditions where real healing can begin. Where the body releases what it has been holding. Where stories and patterns that no longer serve you can finally soften and dissolve. Where you go inward and find the clarity that has been waiting for you. After the breathwork we move into integration, a safe, gentle space to share what came up for you if you feel called to. There is absolutely no pressure. Some women share, some don’t, and both are perfectly okay. What matters is that you feel held. We will also spend time with oracle cards for personal guidance, nervous system regulation practices, meditation, and a mini head massage for every guest. We close the day with an astrology linked sound healing bath, bowls and frequencies attuned to the energy of the eclipse, of Mercury in Libra, of harmony, balance and the relationships we hold with ourselves and others. A nourishing lunch and refreshments are included throughout the day. All you have to do is turn up with an open heart. I have taken care of everything else. Small group. Safe space. Real healing.
