Adult ADHD Group Support Session - Chelmsford

Event Details: Our support sessions are tailored to the needs of those attending, covering topics relevant to adults and the challenges they face in everyday life. Each session provides a safe, welcoming space for adults, partners, and family members to explore the issues affecting them, gain a better understanding of how neurodevelopmental conditions can impact everyday life, and receive practical advice and strategies to apply in day-to-day situations. The sessions also offer valuable peer support, giving attendees the opportunity to connect with others who share similar experiences, exchange ideas, build friendships, and realise they are not alone. Information, advice, and discussion are available for ADHD, Autism, Tourette's Syndrome, OCD, Specific Learning Disabilities, and other neurodevelopmental conditions. Please note: These are not counselling or therapy sessions. They are supportive and practical discussions where individuals can learn from one another in a friendly and welcoming environment. Refreshments: Light refreshments are provided, including tea, coffee, and biscuits. Tickets: Ticket income helps us plan attendance and contributes towards the costs of room hire, insurance, refreshments, and other resources needed to run the group.
