AI, Building Safety and the Future of Construction

Harnessing AI to Enhance Project Efficiency, Quality, Safety and Compliance Across the Construction Lifecycle Please note: this event is for over 18’s only. How can artificial intelligence improve the way we design, manage and deliver construction projects, while meeting the increasing demands of building safety legislation? This practical CPD session brings together two perspectives: the opportunities AI presents for the construction industry and the real-world challenges of complying with the Building Safety Act. Leo Scarborough MRICS, Founder of Buildsmith Solutions, and Martin from Flero AI will explore how technology, regulation and professional accountability are shaping the future of construction. Attendees will gain practical insights into managing risk, improving compliance and understanding where AI can genuinely support better project outcomes. This learning activity can contribute to your annual CPD return and should be logged accordingly.
